Hello, at this time we are accepting new customer's with PayPal payments. You will have to login and pay with PayPal in order to create and setup a new account. Go ahead and register and purchase a service product's and pay with PayPal. If you are having issues with this please go ahead and contact us and we will manually help you with other payment options.
We are also ID each account to make sure your account is yours and you are the verified owner. We protect your information and all data and that is why we are doing this. You and WE are protected and we have a better secured relation. PayPal is a more secured way if paying and and getting paid so I recommend you sign up for an account with them.
